We take particular pride in customising each workshop to the needs and specifications of each service and our focus is educating and empowering parents, educators, carers and nannies.
We make it easy as we come to your centre, event, conference or booked venue or Zoom into any location.
All our workshops are presented using a PowerPoint presentation format.
We provide an overview of each parent workshop with tips and strategies discussed during the workshop.

Guiding Positive Behaviour

Surviving and Thriving the Early Years

A back to basics look at what is age appropriate for your children at their particular age and stage in life.

We offer loads of very helpful tips and strategies that could be implemented immediately at home, and loads of thought provoking suggestions that make you more aware of what is really important to your children to give them the very best start in life.

 

Set for Success - School Readiness

Why it is so hard to understand when my child is ready for school?

We have been educating and sending children to school for decades and understand the difficulty in making the right decision for your child. We look at  facts and myths of starting school, what you can do in the home to prepare for the transition and answer all your questions to make your decision a confident one.

Building Independence and Resilience in Children 

What type of adult do you see your child becoming?  Whatever that may be you need to be fostering an element of independence and resilience for them to achieve their maximum potential. We aim to provide you with ways to encourage and nurture these life skills, in a caring and practical manner.

Ready Set School - Online Only

This 1 hour workshop is aimed at families who have made the decision to send their child to school. We will offer information and insight on how to best prepare their child for the transition by making sure they are socially and emotionally ready. We will unpack what families can do at home to best prepare their child and discuss simple strategies on how to create a smooth transition to the school environment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Professional Development for Early Childhood Educators and Teachers

All our Professional Development contributes to Teachers' Maintenance of Accreditation and can be used by all Early Childhood Teacher as "Teacher Identified Professional Development" with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)

Communication in the Early Childhood Environment 

This workshop is a 2 hour interactive workshop designed to understand how different people and personalities can work together by playing on each others' strengths, and recognise differences within teaching teams.

It will refresh and revisit, key teaching strategies that work best for communication with children in our care as well as provide opportunities to practice and gain confidence in delivering issues and concerns to parents.

Understanding the transition to school - Getting the foundations right

This workshop is a 2 hour interactive workshop designed to assist early childhood teachers and educators' to answer professionally and knowledgeably as to whether a child is ready for the more formal environment of school.

The workshop will discuss developmental milestones and how we can communicate this with parents, through discussions, meetings and reports.

It will highlight areas of opportunity that teachers and educators can use to best prepare children in their care for the transition to school.

Brainstorming Behaviour in the Early Years

Strongly based on child development and what children are capable of achieving at each age and stage of development.

This workshop endeavours to encourage staff to keep their expectations in check with the children in their care.

We discuss the importance of being prepared, organised and ready to teach young children and how to stay on top of the workload.

We also go in depth about the importance of teamwork and how to work effectively and efficiently with your team and how to communicate in a way that brings out the best in everyone including the children.
